Frequently Asked Questions

  • We believe in fashion that feels good, not just look good. That's why we don't start our process by asking you to choose necklines or pockets. Instead we developed a unique and efficient way to capture your perception and feelings relevant to the occasion, and transform them into visual aesthetics. As a result, all our pieces are designed with original ideas that connect deeply and exclusively with you. There's no service like ours on the market.

  • Creating bespoke garments is a complex process, but we'd always make it simple for you - of course if you want to get involved more, you are welcome to!

    The steps to get your garment made:

    ​

    1. A quick discovery call to discuss your needs.

    2. Meet up at your convenient place to chat about you, your inspirations and the occasion. This usually takes 2 hours.

    3. Design concepts based on our discussion are proposed by us, and visualised in a few mood board for you to choose and give feedback.

    4. Garment designs are provided by us based on the concept you choose. Expect digital sketches and proposals on materials and colours. Iterations are offered until you are happy!

    5. Material sourcing - we'll provide sample swatches if not already. If it's knitwear we will hand make a test swatch for your bespoke pattern. 

    6. Your measurements are taken by one of our experienced tailors. In a handbag project, this step or any fittings would not be required.

    7. A draft fitting is usually required before we start producing your garment. Here we make a draft of the dress using a cotton or jersey fabric for you to try on - so we know how to make it as perfect as possible.

    8. 1-2 fittings while your garment is being handcrafted.

    9. Final trimming - to make everything perfect.

  • Dresses: Usually 10-12 weeks from initial meeting to delivery

    Handbags: Usually 4-6 weeks, depending on the availability of supplies

    For an urgent project, we can offer an express service if available.

  • We do love making dresses and handbags. By specialising in it, we can offer a large variety in different types, tailored or knitted, formal or casual, vacation or business.

    ​

    This said, we are happy to adapt to your needs and have made other garments in the past, including blazers, trousers and jackets. Let us know your needs and we'll make it happen.

  • We love working with feminine and supple materials. For dresses this includes cashmere, silk and merino wool, as well as sustainable materials such as eco viscose. For handbags we work with a variety of different leather, from calf leather to nappa lamb leather and suede. We have a list of fantastic suppliers from around the world to bring any project into reality.

  • We don't sell products off-the-shelf, but some of our past designs can be available for made-to-order. To see them please request a digital Lookbook below.

  • Before our project starts, we would discuss your budget and a rough quote.

     

    The design process is then offered entirely free (for now anyway!) while keeping your budget in mind. We will provide a proper quote once the design is finalised, as the price can vary depending on the make, material and timeline.

    Before production begins, we kindly ask you to pay 50% deposit, and the rest to be paid when we deliver your garment.
